JIC 37°FLARE FITTINGS
We are Manufacture of JIC 37° Flare fittings as per SAE J514 and ISO 8434-2 industry standard. JIC fittings are a type of compression fitting which is having 37 Flare seating surface. The seats provided in the JIC Fittings are larger then the seats in pipe swivel fittings. It is similar in size and threading to 45° Flare SAE Fittings. JIC Fittings systems mainly consist of three components that make a tubing assembly (Body, Nut & Sleeve). The JIC 37° Flare Fitting incorporates the smallest seal area of all fitting types. Seal area only slightly larger than the fluid flow area. The small seal area results in a compact design, low assembly torque, and a relatively high-pressure capability. It is widely used as a hose end in hydraulic application.
