PTFE (TEFLON) HOSES & BELLOWS

Steel corrugated PTFE (Teflon) Hoses are the general purpose product used in high temperature and high pressure industries.

1) High Temperature (TEFLON) Hoses

We can offer TEFLON (PTFE) hose assemblies with STUB end made entirely of TEFLON instead of coating on STUB end where due to handling of assemblies or dismantling more often, the coating are likely to giveaway. This is recommended in application where highly corrosive materials are used. 

2) Jacket Flexible Metal Hose

Two layer flexible hose consisting of inner tube and outer tube between which a heating medium or steam can be feed to heat a high viscosity fluid, such as heavy oil asphalt, so that fluid will not be solidified by lowered temperature during transfer. The high flexibility of the hose is apt for angular and offset movements.

3) Corrugated Bellows

Corrugated Stainless Steel Bellows mostly used in chemical & Pharmaceutical Industries. We are assemble hose as per standard and customized.

4) Bellows Expansion Joints

The offered bellows are precisely engineered from high quality stainless steel. Expansion bellows are design as per EJMA standard. Expansion bellows joints are used in piping systems to absorb differential thermal expansion while pressure inside the systems. It comes in various types of style like circular bellows, Square bellows, rectangular bellows, Single expansion joints, and Single tied expansion joints, hinged expansion joints.
