1) Single Ferrule Bite Type Fittings (ERMETO 24° ).
These Single Ferrule Bite Type Fittings are the most used bite type fittings in the world. These Single Ferrule Bite Type Fittings are flare less bite type metric fittings that consist of a body, progressive ring (ferrule) and nut. On assembly, two cutting edges of the ferrule “bite” into the outer surface of the tube ensuring the necessary holding power for high operating pressures. These Single Ferrule Bite Type Fittings are design in accordance with DIN 2353.
These fittings are offered in variegated finishes such as Trivalent Blue, Passivated Zinc Plating in regular and Blackening/Phosphated, Zinc Yellow passivated. Threaded ends are protected from dust and getting damage, by covering them with plastic end covers for a long and safe storage.

2) Twin Ferrule Bite Type Fittings (COMPRESSION TYPE).
Twin ferrule compression tube fittings provide leak proof torque free seals at all tubing connections.They eliminate hazardous leaks instrumentation, process, Pneumatic, hydraulics, gas and other applicable tubing system which could otherwise turn out to be costly to the installation. The basic twin ferrule tube fitting is a four piece fitting consisting of the nut, the back ferrule, the front ferrule and the body. When installed it becomes a five piece connection with the addition of the providing a solid leak free joint. The advantage of the twin ferrule compression tube fittings provides leak proof application under high pressure & vibration.

Adapter fittings are typically used for hose adapter on equipment design for the application of hydraulic construction machineries, power pack, SPM, where hose are connected with the machine parts with the help of hose adapters. The metal to metal sealing is achieved by a single line of contact between the conical surface of the 60 Degree cone seat and the corresponding surface of the ballinose or cone swivel. The hose adapter threads are design BSPP, BSPT, & NPTF Thread as per standard.

5) Pipe Fittings As Per SAE Standards Thread (UN/UNF Class 2A/2B).
