9) Needle Valves
We are promising manufacture of high performance oriented valves which are strong and defect free in structure. Needle valve is usually used in flow metering application, especially when a constant, calibrated, low flow rate must be maintain some time such as idle fuel flow in carburetor.
10) Check Valves (NRV)
Check valves are self-activating safety valves that permit gases and liquids to flow in one direction only. These valves are widely acclaimed owing to their durability, flexibility, longer operational life, performance and dimensional accuracy. They are also known as non-return valve.
11) Flow Control Valves -DRV
Flow control valves provide precise control of flow and shut off in one direction, & automatically allow full flow in reverse direction. A second stage needle allow fine adjustment at low pressure by using the first three turn of the adjusting the knob, the next three turns open the valve to full flow.
12) Manifold Mounted Flow Control with Check Valves –DRVP
Manifold mounted flow control valves mostly used for line pressure A to B.
13) Pressure Relief Valves (PSV)
Pressure relief valves control the system pressure by relieving part, or all of the flow of tank. Pressure relief valves are used in hydraulic systems to limit the system pressure to a specific set level. If this set leveled reached, the pressure relief valve responds and feed the excess flow from the system back to the tank. The pressure relief valve is normally closed pressure control valve. The pressure relief valve is known as the pressure safety valve.
14) Manifold Valves
Manifold valves are leak tight seal with low operating torque. It is design for direct mounting on connection system, impulse lines & transmitters. This combines the function of a tee, calibration valve, isolation valve and all tubing and fittings into a single compact unit thus reducing number of fittings & space required for installation. (2 Way, 3 Way, 5 Way).
