This type of coupling simply work on push and pull principal, the adapter when pushed to the couplet is accurately held by self-locking arrangement resulting in a positive & leak proof connection. This action simultaneously opens the valves & fluid flow starts. Quick Release Coupling design as per ISO 7241-A, ISO 7241-B & DIN series standard.

1) QRC Straight Through Bore Type.

This is a double path open type coupler which does not have a valve mechanism at either the socket nor the plug. It is used in piping systems in which blocking of the fluid when disconnected is unnecessary and closure of lines is achieved by back up valves. Permit full flow capability due to their smith and accurately finished bores.

  • Size: -1/2” NB to 5”NB

2) QRC Single Check Valves (One Way Shut off Type).

TYPE-SC is most popular type coupler used to connect air piping in factories and used to connect air tools with hoses etc. Both socket and plug have hose use and screw use advantages. There is also a variety of other types. The types 20, 30, 40, and Types 400 and 600 are completely interchangeable. With one check valve built into the coupling only whereas plugs do not have any check valves. Can be advantageously used where one side of the flow system needs to be sealed on disconnection.

3) QRC Double Check Valves (Two Ways Shut off Type).

This type of QRC having build in check valve in to both half of the coupling, body & nipple. Contain shut-off valves, these valves open automatically when the body and nipple are connected & closed automatically when the two halves are disconnected –keeping fluid loss to a minimum.

  • Size: - 1/8” To 2”
  • Moc: CS, SS 304L, SS 316L
  • W.P. : - 1500 PSI (100 BAR)

4) QRC JEEFFY Type Arc.

We are supply special type of quick release coupling for injection moulding water cooling device.

  • SIZE: 1/4” To 1”

5) QRC Flat Face Coupling (FS Series).

Flat face quick release coupling of this series mostly used high operating pressure in pipe systems.Flat face quick release coupling easily connects and disconnect without leakage in a pressure systems.

6) SAE Blind Flanges

SAE blind flanges are designed as per SAE J61 (3000PSI) & SAE J62 (6000PSI).Flanges are available in sizes up to 5" NB to weld pipe.

5) QDC Screwed Coupling.

Screwed quick release coupling of this series mostly used high operating pressure in pipe systems. quick release coupling easily connects and disconnect without leakage in a pressure systems.
