HYDRAULIC FLANGES

"SAE” flanges are manufacturer in accordance with the mounting dimensions and O-Rings of SAE J518 specifications, either Code 61 or Code 62, and ISO 6162. Stock flanges include socket weld, butt weld, and NPTF and SAE straight thread connections and are available as reducers, in-line & elbows.

Hose assembly removal is facilitated by the rounded end design of the clamps halves. Loosening of the four bolts and removal of one bolt permits the end of one clamps half to be pivoted to the side about the other bolt. This opens the clamps fully and allows the flanged head assembly to be removed. It also allows the easy assembly of the hoses in close quarters.
Use of the highly efficient and widely used static O-Ring seal eliminates the use of gaskets, tapered threads and sealing compounds. There are no spiral leakage paths. The connector may be assembled with small automotive wrenches in tight quarters with low torque requirements. Large wrenches and high assembly forces are not required.

1) SAE Split Flanges 

SAE Split flanges are designed as per ISO 6162-3000PSI & 6000PSI series only. Split-Flange Clamps design gives you tilt proof clamps. By locating the plane of the Split-Flanges Clamps half bolt centerlines so that it passes through the centre of force of the flanged head on the Split-Flange Clamps half, unbalanced moments are eliminated. This design principle prevents tilting of the clamps half and extrusion of the O-Ring. It conforms to SAE Standard J518.

2) SAE Mono or Captive Flanges

SAE Mono or Captive flanges are designed as per ISO 6162-3000PSI & 6000PSI series only. Hose assembly where easy removal piping can be possible with in close area Mono Flanges are in 2 halves attached with Weld nozzle with Allen bolts, Nuts & O ring Seal.

3) SAE Threaded Male/Female Flanges

SAE Threaded flange offer by us are used for extraordinary circumstance and can be placed without welding. Threaded flange are assemble with split flange or mono flanges with tube to weld on both side with Allen bolt & nuts.

4) SAE Socket Weld Flanges

SAE Socket flanges are designed as per SAE J61 (3000PSI) & SAE J62 (6000PSI). Socket weld is similar to slip on flanges hence socket welds have an internal threaded on inside diameter to allow for a smoother flow of the process fluid..
